Inclement Weather Program Cancellations

Inclement Program Cancellations will be emailed to program participants directly, posted on Channel 3 WFSB, and announced at BCS if pertinent to after-school or weeknight student programming.  Our office outgoing phone messaging will also reflect any cancellations.

Any updates to water accessibility at Veteran’s Memorial Park will be noted on the Bethany Town website and Facebook page, outgoing office phone messaging, and signage at the gate adjacent at the lake.
